Backed by thirty years of experience, Cottages and Castles Designer Properties brings buyers and sellers together in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

In 1980, Paul R. Boggs, Sr. established Rainelle Real Estate, Inc. in Rainelle, West Virginia. Over the years, Paul has been instrumental in helping each client successfully close deal after deal, and now has passed the torch to his daughter Debra who brings 20 years of her own Real Estate experiences to the table along with her an education and vocation in Interior Design that makes our firm one step ahead of the others in professional assets.
